RESTORATIONS ROOFS

RESTORATIONS ROOFS

Not all roofing problems require a completely new roof. Many problems can be solved with a repair. Repairs are a common offering from any roofing contractor and make up a large percentage of a contractor’s projects.  We will not “convince” you of a new roof when a repair is sufficient. Diagnosis is the most important part of any roof repair job, and most problems can be properly diagnosed by a qualified and knowledgeable roofer. This avoids layering the job on top of the job when the first job did not solve the problem.

GOMEZ ROOFING LLC offers both emergency roof leak and non-emergency roof repair services to both commercial and residential roofing in the Dayton Nevada. For each roof repair, our roofers will take before and after photos of your roof during the roof inspection to show you exactly what we have done to fix the problem. This not only proves our work, but also educates you on the various components of your roofing system so you are better prepared for next time.

RESTORATIONS ROOFS

We provide complete roofing services, including roof removal and clean up. All our work is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee for workmanship, quality and performance. Best of all, we never sub-contract our work!

When Should I Restore My Roof?

If you’re considering restoring your roof, there are certain instances when roof restoration works better than an entire roof replacement:

  • Fire damage: When there is a fire that damages your home, smoke and soot (not to mention the flames) can damage your ceiling and the structure of your roof. Roof restoration is a great service to use if fire catches on your home.
  • Water damage: During snow or heavy-rain seasons, water can find a way into the shingles, felt underlay, and possibly the decking of your roof. While the roof is meant to slide the water into the gutter, water can still sink into the roof.
  • Hail damage: Some states and cities receive more hail and heavier hail solids.
  • High-wind damage: High winds can also damage your roof. Gusts of wind can pick up and remove pieces of your shingles. Wind can knock over trees and throw other debris onto your roof that can lead to severe damages.
